Company and trade name
555 Local is a trade name of Foxworth Advisory, the legal entity that owns and operates this website and its services.
Information we collect
We collect the information you submit through forms on this site — name, business name, email, phone, city, website and what you tell us about your business. We also collect standard analytics information such as pages visited and referring source.
How we use it
To respond to your inquiry, prepare for a discovery conversation, register you for a workshop, and send occasional information about workshops and services. We do not sell your information.
Service providers
Form submissions and email may be processed by third-party providers such as CRM, email marketing and analytics platforms that we use to operate the business. They are bound to use the information only to provide those services.
Analytics and advertising tools
This site is built to support standard analytics and advertising measurement tools. Where those are active, they may set cookies and record aggregated usage information.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete your information at any time, and every email we send includes an unsubscribe option.
Text messages — two separate opt-ins
Our forms collect two separate, independent text message permissions, neither of which is pre-checked or required: (1) conversational/service messages — replies about your request, scheduling for a discovery call, and follow-up on work in progress; and (2) promotional/marketing messages — workshop announcements, offers and news. Checking one does not opt you in to the other, and we record which permissions you gave, when, and the exact wording you agreed to.
Text messages — frequency, cost and opt out
Consent is never required to submit a form or to become a customer. Conversational message frequency varies with your conversation; promotional messages are typically no more than four per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop messages, or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We do not share mobile information
No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers and text message consent are used only by 555 Local, and by the messaging service providers that deliver messages on our behalf, to communicate with you about your request.
