This website is provided for information about 555 Local's services, workshops and content. You may not use it to attempt unauthorized access, scrape at volumes that disrupt service, or misrepresent your identity in forms.

Content on this site is general information, not legal, financial, tax or technical advice for your specific situation. Engagements are governed by a written agreement.

Content and trademarks
The 555 Local name, logo, written content, photography and video on this site belong to 555 Local unless otherwise credited. Local Stories subjects retain rights to their own trademarks.
Workshops
Workshop registrations are subject to available seating. Dates, venues and times may change; we will notify registrants by email if they do.
Messaging terms — two separate programs
555 Local operates two distinct text message programs, and each one requires its own separate opt-in on our forms. Checking one box does not enroll you in the other, neither box is pre-checked, and neither is a condition of purchase or of using this site. You can opt in to one, both, or neither.
Messaging terms — conversational / service messages
This is a customer care program. If you check the conversational messages box and provide your mobile number, you agree to receive SMS messages from 555 Local related to your inquiry and any active work: replies to your questions, scheduling for a discovery call, details of a workshop you registered for, and project follow-up. Message frequency varies based on your conversation with us; most people receive only a handful of messages.
Messaging terms — promotional / marketing messages
This is a separate marketing program. If you check the promotional messages box, you agree to receive marketing SMS messages from 555 Local, including workshop announcements, offers and company news. Message frequency varies, typically no more than four messages per month. We will not send you marketing texts unless you check this specific box, even if you have opted in to conversational messages.
Messaging terms — cost
Message and data rates may apply according to your plan with your mobile carrier. 555 Local does not charge for text messages.
Messaging terms — opt out and help
Reply STOP to any message to end messages at any time; you will receive one confirmation that no further messages will be sent. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at hello@555local.com or (470) 900-1442. You can also ask us in writing to remove your number.
Messaging terms — carriers and privacy
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, and message delivery is not guaranteed. No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle the information you submit.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
